Zephras is in a state of decline, unfortunately. The elemental wind spirits that brought us here to Skywall so many thousands of years ago have vanished, causing us to lose much of the magic on which we've depended for millennia. The island itself is also dangerously unstable, and we've even lost contact with the other island provinces of the shen'dorei. The few Windshapers that still possess the gift of skysight have attempted to contact our brothers and sisters on the other islands, but we have had no response. Many among us are worried that the shen'dorei here on Zephras are all that is left of our people.

You have done well, adventurer. Now, I will impart to you the spell used for summoning the voidwalker. The power that it unleashed upon you is now yours to command. Use it wisely.

The shen'dorei will always owe the spirits a debt for their aid, and the Windshapers have sworn an oath to repay that debt and restore things to the way they were before. Unfortunately, we are dangerously blind to what is happening around us within Skywall without the spirits to guide us. The High Order are shortsighted and arrogant, just like their Highborne ancestors. They seek to master and control the magic of this place. This is very path that led us to flee from Kalimdor and reside here in the first place. I fear that much like our forebears their confidence has vastly outpaced their competence and the end result could be disastrous.

I have enough ingredients for a sapta of fire if you can find the reagent pouch and some fire tar. The Burning Blade fanatics carry the proper components for most of their spells in those pouches, and usually have enough of the items I need that we will not have to search much farther for anything else. The saptas are always made from ingredients that are closely tied to their respective elements. It makes our work easier because of the warlocks' ties to fire.

The brazier stands about a third your height, and looks normal, save for the inscriptions along its smooth metal rails. The metal shows no signs of wear from the weather, and the bowl seated at the top of it feels cool to the touch.
