We employ and contract craftsman across a variety of specialties and trades, and keep our ear to the ground for any new opportunities to keep their hands busy and goods flowing. We cannot possibly predict the emergent needs of any potential client, so we depend on their crafting orders to arrive to us. You can imagine that this pipeline is... not as effective as we would hope. We encourage any crafters to satisfy these demands and deliver the goods directly to the customers, wherever they may be. Worry not, you will be fairly compensated for your troubles and earn respect among our organization.

Yes! Well. Sort of. Gold is the true universal currency, but we have our own system for trade amongst ourselves known as Merchant's Favor. It abstracts away the ever-fluctuating value of gold and silver, and ensures fair and equitable trade between members of the organization. It cannot be liquidated to gold, unless you're engaging in some shady activity, I suppose. We still use gold for typical day-to-day needs such as materials needed for common crafts, but otherwise rely on Merchant's Favor for any kind of internal commerce. If you assist us with recovering waylaid crates and ensuring swift fulfillment of craftsman's writs, you will earn plenty!
